Minor has court date set and is appointed court appointed attorney. Prior to court date minor gets married to an adult. Is minor still entitled to court appointed attorney or does she now fall under different rules due to her husband being an adult?

    I recently had a dentist do work on my mouth that I did not wish done. I have contacted 3 local attornies and they will not do a dentist lawsuit – say they are hard to prove and I’m sure not as much money to be gained as in a medical lawsuit. Would love to hear your stories and all the facts.

    -How could the money come out of the estate before the new trusts were created? The costs were incurred during the closing of the old trust and the creation of the new trusts. The bill rolled in a month later.
